All products supplied by Evity Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, cosmetic or therapeutic use.

The buyer warrants that they are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, that they will handle the products in compliance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice, and that the products will not be re-sold to or used by the general public.

All prices are displayed in the currency of the buyer's market and are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT and import duties may be added at checkout depending on the destination.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when Evity Labs confirms shipment of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other licensed payment providers. Evity Labs does not store full card data on its servers.

Products are shipped from our Swiss cGMP manufacturing partner under temperature-controlled conditions. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery. Title remains with Evity Labs until full payment is received.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance required in the destination country. Evity Labs does not ship to jurisdictions where the import or possession of the products is restricted.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss and EU law, Evity Labs' liability for any claim arising from the use of its products is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Evity Labs accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of its products outside of qualified laboratory research.

All content on this site — including the brand name, logos, photography, copy and certificates — is the property of Evity Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the district of the seller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to EU buyers by the law of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
