Returns & Refunds Policy

Because Evity Labs supplies temperature-sensitive research compounds, our returns policy is necessarily strict. The conditions below comply with EU consumer-protection law for distance contracts while reflecting the nature of laboratory reagents.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU buyers)
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(d) and (e), this right does NOT apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Lyophilised peptides and reconstitution kits fall within these exemptions once their tamper-evident seal has been broken.
Sealed, unopened items returned in their original cold-chain packaging within 14 days of delivery will be refunded minus return shipping costs.
2. Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, with a compromised cold-chain logger, or contains an incorrect item, contact info@evitylabs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include order number, photos of the packaging and the temperature log. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund.
3. Quality complaints
Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis. If a compound fails its declared specification under proper laboratory conditions, submit your COA reference and methodology to info@evitylabs.com. Verified quality issues are refunded or replaced in full.
4. Non-returnable items
Opened or unsealed vials, reconstituted product, sterile syringes and bacteriostatic water once removed from their packaging, custom-formulated blends and special orders.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or approval of a quality claim.
